Picked together and co-fermented, the result is a layered, aromatic profile and richly textured palate. Graphite and leather notes weave seamlessly with the red and black fruits; while herbal characters, woody spice and a touch of mint are lifted by the wines natural acidity. Delicious now but patience will be rewarded.
