Emily’s own wine, grown in Heathcote on granitic soil that differs from the Cambrian soils of Jasper Hill, giving more fresh raspberry fruitiness and less earthiness; medium weight with lovely oak characters behind. 14.0% alc/vol

Medium crimson. Pretty rose petal, red cherry white pepper aromas. Medium concentrated supple red cherry, raspberry flavours and looseknit chalky tannins. Finishes chalky firm and fruity. Early drinking Rhonish style. Atypical. Now – 2018 87 points

Medium light crimson. Cotes du Rhone style with red cherry peppery aromas with some contrived/ shaded fruit notes. Well concentrated raspberry, red cherry fruits and fine slinky dry tannins. Simple wine but easy to drink. Drink soon. 14% Alc 87 points – Now
