Georgia's Paddock
Shiraz (2014)
Tasting Notes
Time of release
Another classic, of deep crimson colour, intense aromas of red berries and mixed spices that follow through on to the palate, balanced with powerful but already supple tannins and fabulous natural acidity. Delicious - drink any time from now over the next twenty years.

Tasting notes by Andrew Caillard, MW - 8th August 2017
Medium deep crimson. Minerally almost saline, blackcurrant, roasted walnut, aromas with some liquorice notes. Generously proportioned palate with supple blackcurrant, cola, dark chocolate, roasted walnut flavours, fine looseknit al dente tannins. Finishes chalky, touch sappy firm with plenty of inky length. 15% Alc 17.5 91 points – 2019 – 2035
