Georgia's Paddock
Shiraz (2012)
Tasting Notes
Time of release
As usual, the vivid magenta colour indicates the power to come on the palate with mixed spices, herbs and lots of ripe red berries. Very typical. Great acid/tannin balance and mouth-filling viscosity. Delicious now and can also be cellared long term if desired. 13.5% alc/vol

Medium deep colour. Well developed wine with fresh coffee, roasted nuts, red cherry, blackberry fruits and peppery nuances. A cooler spectrum of flavours with red cherry, red currant fruits, a touch of chinotto/ white pepper and fine supple yet gritty tannins. Finishes minerally and long. Medium weighted wine with moderate cellaring potential. 13.5% Alc 88 points – Now-2026
