Time of release
Another great vintage! It sounds monotonous, but this wine again exhibits the typical depth of colour and power that has become a hallmark of Georgia’s Paddock Shiraz. Dense crimson, with full ripe red berries (cassis) and spices, high natural acidity and balanced noble tannic structure. Drink from now until 2005.
