Georgia's Paddock
Riesling (2015)
Tasting Notes
Time of release
With its refreshing acidity, coupled with delicious citric flavours of lemon and lime, this is a cleansing, powerful aperitif that leads beautifully into the first course, particularly full flavoured seafood with a slice of lemon. Georgia’s Paddock Riesling also ages gracefully, if you desire more developed characters. 13.0% alc/vol

Pale colour. Grapefruit lemon curd, hazelnut aromas with honeyed notes. Very attractive wine with lemon curd, honeycomb flavours (botrytis), creamy complexity and long fresh crisp acidity. Finishes al dente/ chalky firm, long and sweet. Idiosyncratic but delicious to drink. Not a long term keeper. 13% Alc 93 points Now-2020
