Very aromatic floral, green apple/pear and lemon aromas follow through on to the crisp dry mouth cleansing palate. Slightly less weighty than the previous couple of vintages, but just as long on the finish. Delicious aperitif. 11.0% alc/vol

Pale colour. Fragrant musky, lemon curd, lanolin aromas with mineral notes. Surprisingly tight and linear with lemon curd, oyster shell, flinty flavours and strikingly high-pitched aciditiy. Very lean style. Will develop weight and richness with age. 2014-2020 85 points

Pale colour. Minerally slatey, geosmine/ wetstone aromas with camomile floral notes. Fresh and minerally yet powerful with pronounced slate, mineral, flavours, chalky textures and pronounced piercing acidity. Almost European in style yet on steroids. 11% Alc 92 points Now-2025
