Very flippantly: very floral, very citrusy, very crisp and dry, very good! This easily meets the expectations of Jasper Hill Riesling drinkers with its intensity. Can be cellared if you wish. Sadly, only 300 odd cases made. 12.5% alc/vol.

Medium colour. Intense developed, baked lemon, butterscotch aromas with some brassy notes. Palate is well concentrated with deep set lemon curd, oilskin, butterscotch, nutty flavours, bitter textures and strong acidity. Still has fruit sweetness but starting to reach over-development. Best to drink now or soon. Now – 2016 87 points

Medium colour. Baked lemon, lime, cumquat aromas with toasty butterscotch notes. Generous and supple with developed sweet fruit flavours, some flinty butterscotch, oily notes, fine looseknit chalky textures and lemon bitters finish. Still has energy, buoyancy, complexity and persistency. Very good but drink soon. 12.5% Alc 94 points – Now
