Always dry, the 97 is amongst the driest with only 2.5 g/L residual sugar. Delightful greeny yellow colour with lots of crisp grapefruit and lime citrus character to the lifted nose and flavour. Great acidity and length. Soft finish. Another "beauty". 12.0% alcohol.

Medium, touch oxidized colour. Intense complex, brassy, lemon curd aromas and flavours. Sweet fruited and extremely complex with plenty of amontillado, nutty notes, surprising mid palate buoyancy. Finishes tangy and long. On the one hand overdeveloped, but still has a compelling freshness and complexity. Drink now. Now - 86 points

Medium deep brassy colour. Baked apple crème brulée aromas with tobacco, tawny notes.
Surprisingly supple and sweet with fully mature baked apple crème brulée, tobacco flavours, creamy mid palate and fine soft acidity. Bitter sweet finish. Past its peak but it still shows complexity balance and drinkability.12% Alc 92 points – Now = past
