Time of release
Our Riesling has always been very dry. This vintage, with its excellent late ripening conditions, is no exception. Powerful lime and lemon characters, with a floral intensity, dominate the aroma and palate. A long finish with a cleansing zesty acidity, makes it an ideal aperitif, whilst the mid palate weight allows it to accompany more fuller flavoured dishes than just seafood. It should age well, if you like an aged Riesling. 12% alcohol.
