Shiraz / Cabernet Franc (2006)
Time of release
With about 5% of Cabernet Franc in the field blend. A classic year in intensity, with its greater minerality and perfume than Georgias and loads of complex spiciness. Fabulous balance and elegance, with a creamy new French oak touch. Deliciously accessible now, with great cellaring ability. 15 percent alcohol/volume.

Medium deep crimson purple. Fresh black fruits, dark choclate, mint, camphor aromas. Richly concentrated palate with dark cherry, mint, spicy favours and strong sinewy tannin backbone. Builds up chocolaty firm and long. Has plenty of energy and vinosity. 2018 - 2030 - 94 points
