Elegant Emilys with its characteristic perfect structure and balance; lots of sweet red berries, mixed spice and perfume. Outstanding length, as usual with this wine. Structured for a long life but this tastes so good now, I defy you to not drink it. 15.0% alc/vol.

Deep colour. Ginger/ red currant/ malt aromas. A fresh fruit driven wine with red currants/ malt/ ginger mint flavours, fine grippy dry tannins, finishing brambly dry and peppery (alcohol). Now-2018. 85 points

Medium crimson. Fragrant red cherry, redcurrant, cranberry aromas with some toasted walnut, leather, spice notes. Palate is medium concentrated with red cherry, cranberry, nutty, spice flavours and some developed leather, spice notes, fine muscular tannins and mineral acidity. Very firm finish. Now - 2018 - 86 points

Medium crimson. Fresh redcurrant, strawberry, chinotto aromas with fresh leather. Polish notes. Supple and creamy textured with plentiful mature strawberry, negroni, chinotto cola fruits, plentiful lacy al dente tannins and underlying savoury/ smoky meaty complexity. Not a blockbuster but delicious to drink. Drink soon. 15% Alc 92 points Now – 2025
