Emily's Paddock
Shiraz / Cabernet Franc (2001)
Tasting Notes
Time of release
Great structure and an acid balance that typifies "Emilys", with its normal mouth watering perfume, elegance and length. Fabulous wine that highlights the influence of site specificity or terroir, being only one kilometre from Georgias Paddock, but poles apart in style. A touch more tannic than the 2000. Delicious now, and cellaring potential is high. 13.5% alc/vol.
