Emily's Paddock
Shiraz / Cabernet Franc (1999)
Tasting Notes
Time of release
More assertive in tannins than the last couple of years. A big, textured, meaty/briary wine in the mouth, having the expected commanding bouquet of mixed spices/berry/smoky characters. Well structured elegance with great cellaring potential. 15.5% alc/vol
