Tasting Notes
Time of release
Continuing the trend started with the 92, this Emilys Paddock has an elegant structure. Chocolate and wholesome, earthy aromas are quite typical, with ripe mulberry complexity. Not as tannic as some of the monsters of the past - superb acid balance. Accessible now with longevity up to 12 years. Alcohol 13.5%
