Medium deep colour. Fresh herb/ rosemary/ red current aromas with some aniseed notes. Palate is really well balanced with sweet red cherry/ meaty flavours and fine lacy dry tannins. Finishes chalky firm, long and sweet with some herb notes. 93 points.

Medium colour. Fresh espresso, redcurrant, tobacco aromas with touch of mushroom. Palate is still fresh and complex with plenty of fleshy redcurrant, espresso flavours, underlying walnutty notes and plentiful gritty ironstone tannins. A tannin beach is left on the palate after the finish. Massive but impressively structured wine. Now - 2028 - 94 points

Medium deep crimson. Attractive roasted walnut, chocolate aromas with liquorice notes. Generous supple wine with roasted walnut, dark chocolate, mocha, paneforte flavours, some tobacco leaf notes, fine looseknit muscular firm leafy tannins and pronounced acidity. Finishes al dente firm and minerally long. 14.5% Alc 93 points – Now – 2028
