Emily's Paddock
Shiraz / Cabernet Franc (1989)
Tasting Notes
Time of release
Picked before the mid-vintage rains, this is essentially “Emily’s” at its best; deep crimson purple colour; powerful, harmonious earthy/ spice/ berry-like aromas and rich flavours that balance the high velvety tannins. A wine with elegance. Cellar potential 10+ years like all previous vintages.
